This interactive e-learning module (ELM) from the China IPR SME Helpdesk allows the user to learn about the enforcement options in China that are relevant to them.
A specific IP type is chosen and then one of four enforcement actions (civil litigation, administrative action, criminal sanctions, and customs) can be selected, to learn about the steps to take and possible outcomes of the IP type-enforcement action combination. The ELM also includes a quiz to test users’ knowledge of the topic via several business scenario questions.
